Valentine's Day is fast approaching and it's one of my hobbies to not say 'I love you' to my boyfriend. Not to just never say it (that would be a bit odd), but rather to say it in a different language. It's become almost a ritual where he says 'I love you', I respond with 'I love you' in another language and he asks 'what's this one?' As a massive language nerd, it's pretty fun.So you can learn how to say I love you in every European language, I've created this blog post of translations and fun language facts. Read on to find out how to say I love you in different languages!
If you've been following me on Instagram, then you've likely noticed that I'm spending a lot of time in Gibraltar. If you aren't (maybe you came here from Google or Pinterest), then you've been missing out on all the awesome things to do in Gibraltar that I've been posting about on my feed and showing on my stories. It's currently half true that I live in Gibraltar now - I spent the entirety of the last month there as well as a week in November and a week in December 2019.Spending so much time in Gibraltar has really enabled me to properly explore the territory, as well as venture further afield into Spain. Before I started dating my boyfriend (the reason I sorta/kinda live in Gibraltar now), I didn't know much about this British Overseas Territory at all - I'd never visited before and I didn't really know what the main sights were other than that big ass Rock everyone talks about. In this article, I'm going to cover the top ten most awesome things you can do in Gibraltar. It's a mix of sightseeing, cool things you can only do in Gibraltar and some food and drink recommendations. Keep an eye out for more articles on things to do in Gibraltar as well as Gibraltar itineraries in the near future!
Paris is, without a doubt, one of my favourite cities for Christmas decorations and Christmas lights. The ‘City of Light’ is a festive treat every single year with incredible decorations in many of the main areas of the city, as well as some of the biggest department stores like Galeries Lafayette. Christmas in Paris is definitely something to experience! There are also some smaller, less well-known spots dotted around the city that are worth a visit if you have the time. I’m not the most festive when it’s early December (I’m at least a mid-December person) but I was definitely feeling the Christmas spirit exploring these spots in Paris!

So after two weeks of road tripping the Balkans, with one week of driving in Albania, here are our top tips and main things you must know before driving in this beautiful country.

My first trip to Paris resulted in me really hating the city, so when my best friend asked if I wanted to join her for a long weekend in La Ville Lumière... I wasn't totally sure. However, she's awesome (for real) and flights weren't too expensive so I decided I would go.And you know what?I don't regret it ONE bit! I think it ended up being one of my best trips that year and we had an amazing time, plus we pretty did our own Instagram-inspired tour of the city. Amsterdam is an incredible city that is always buzzing with people, events and, well, cannabis. While Amsterdam generally seems best known for its liberal views on prostitution and cannabis, there is so much more to the city than the Red Light District and the coffee shops!I recently made my fifth visit to Amsterdam, this time travelling with Eurostar from London and taking my dad with me! He hasn't been to Amsterdam in around 20+ years so we decided to do some of the more 'touristy' options and combine that with some of my favourite spots from past visits. So here is my Amsterdam itinerary with the top tourist spots that are actually worth visiting! This itinerary is designed for having one day in Amsterdam but can definitely be expanded if you are spending longer there. The main bulk of the article will take you through the main attractions and places you ought to visit and, at the end, I have created some sample itineraries with tips on getting from location to location.
